I enjoyed the hands on cooking class so much! The recipes were great and accessible. I also found the pieces of New Orleans history that the chef provided throughout the class interesting and fun.

Chef Maria and Rico were the absolute best!! The food was wonderful! The ambiance was that of a party! This will go down as the best experience I’ve ever had!

The 3 hour evening cooking class was our favourite experience in New Orleans. The chef was informative and entertaining and it was so much fun to cook our own Creole meal.
