    Join us as we explore how rum's deep-rooted history in New Orleans and the Caribbean has shaped the techniques used at our award-winning distillery, and learn how our approach compares to most modern-day rum production. This is an approximately one hour long, guided distillery tour that offers five different samplings of rum, including distillery-exclusive special release bottlings.

Great little distillery and very friendly host/ owner, who showed us around the facility, explained their process, what yeast they use, what makes them different, etc. We really enjoyed the tour and the tasting and purchased a couple bottles to remember our trip by.
