We were stuck on the tarmac for 2 hours. Our driver communicated with us via text the entire time and waited in the parking area for us. He was amazing. We also booked him for the ride back to the airport and he was on the dot on time and communicated perfectly. The vehicle was spotless and roomy.

driver was on time -and there when we arrived - great driver! Mr Luthor is really great! not only loaded our luggage but helped each of us to get into the vehicle which was nice considering we were both walking with canes and slightly handicapped :)
