Our day starts with a visit to an outstanding wildlife park so you can get up close, interact and learn about Australia’s amazing animals, birds and reptiles. Kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, emus, wombats, deadly snakes and cassowaries (also deadly!) Further west into the mountains for your first short walk to see the amazing views of the Blue Mountains world heritage wilderness. Get that perfect Instagram photo, before heading to the small town of Katoomba, where you have free time to explore the diverse range of eating options to grab a delicious lunch (own expense) After lunch we’ll take you on a long bushwalk away from the crowds on national park tracks that stimulate the senses. Get up close to waterfalls, breath in the fresh air, smell the Eucalyptus trees, see the parrots and even a lyrebird, the symbol of the NSW national parks. Your day is complete with our final stop at the iconic Three Sisters and learn more about Australia’s Aboriginal culture.

In truth you are, except that there’s a fairly safe ledge just below that would stop you from falling very far! However we do state that you take photos at your own risk

    The World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park covers over one million hectares of land to the west of Sydney and is an inspiring mix of rain-forest, canyons and tall forests. Your guide will lead you on an informative bush walk through this nature lover's paradise. You'll see colorful birds, unique native animals and the greatest concentration of eucalyptus diversity on the continent. Medium fitness is required and make sure to bring a bottle of water for the walk.

A fantastic trip to Featherdale Wildlife Park & the Blue Mountains. Our guide/driver, Guil was really great- knowledgeable, funny & chatty. Really lucky with the weather & had a really enjoyable day interacting with Aussie wildlife & trekking the beautiful Blue Mountains.
