Visiting Scenicworld ( optional $44 entry) to ride 2 Gondolas and the steep Incline Railway plus the forest Boardwalk  in the valley. The Cablecars provide for amazing views of Katoomba Falls. You'll see the best viewing points , many away from the crowds.  Learn some aboriginal culture - the Boomerang and Didgeridoo. Return home on the cruise boat to Sydney. The Blue Mountains is west of Sydney in Australia’s New South Wales. dramatic scenery, steep cliffs, eucalyptus forests, waterfalls and villages dotted with guesthouses and gardens. Katoomba, a major town in the area, borders Blue Mountains National Park and its bushwalking trails. Echo Point affords views of the storied Three Sisters sandstone rock formation. Darren was an excellent driver and guide. He was kind and attentive to our every need, kept us well fed, we have been given great convenience. We happy and feel comfortable

Our driver, Dave, was fantastic. His commentary was full of interesting information always delivered with a touch of humour. In the mountains he stopped several times in off the beaten track spots to explain different aspects of the area. The day passed SO quickly and with the river cruise back to the city the day ended perfectly. HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Day tours to anyone wanting a genuinely interesting day out in the Blue Mountains with a safe and entertaining driver.
