  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

we used them for both picking up nd dropping off at the airport. The picking up was great, driver was there, was communicating with me. However the drop off was not that great, driver did not know where our terminal is even though information was given in advance so he just drop us off at the gate A.
