Pick-up from all Hotels and Accommodation located in Lovedale, Nulkaba, Cessnock, Rothbury and Pokolbin locations (only) commence at 9:15am for a 10:00am start (morning tour) OR 2:15pm for a 3:00pm start (afternoon tour). Provide your accommodation name/full address when booking. Your pick-up time will be advised the day prior (by 6:30pm) via text. Please note: we do not travel to Sydney or Newcastle.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Felicity was excellent - was on time at every step, informative and with loads of personality. Each tasting was worth the stop and exceeded expectations. In particular, the Wine Lab and Nathan was exceptionally informative and good fun.

I Hop were excellent to deal with Kristy kept us informed with changes to our tour booked with them through a third party. Our driver Graeme was more than helpful leaving us at the Hope brewery and dropping off our wine to hotel so we didn't have to carry it home. Thanks again I hop . we would use you again. Relaxing, fun-filled day, well organised and great tour guide. We visited lovely boutique wineries that I would probably would never have discovered on my own.
