  • Passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: cruise ship name, disembarkation time and departure flight details.
  • Supplier will email your pickup time from cruise ship terminal after the booking is made. Your pickup time will be set in accordance with your flight departure time.
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Even though I booked & confirmed my 3 bookings I was never contacted or picked up for my 1st booking 06/18/25 So I decided after getting to my hotel I reach out to them personally and Ofcourse I wasn’t on any list Gentlemen was nice enough to apologize and put me on the list for my other transfers I’m still requesting for a refund for the 1st booking I was never picked up

Our driver Edward was at the dock prior to the set time and gave us a drop off option at the airport that helped us catch our flight. Very efficient and helpful.

When we departed the ship, the shutter ride driver was not there. We were told no one had seen anyone from the company waiting, so one of the port porters called the company for us at 8:00 am. The driver claimed he was there but left. As a result, we had to take a taxi to the airport because our flight was leaving at 10:05 am.
