Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Shared shuttle transfer from Sydney Airport to White Bay Cruise Terminal. Shuttle vans seat up to 13 people comfortably and they are our most popular and cost effective solution for travellers from Sydney Airport to White Bay Cruise Terminal.

Proceed to the Meeting Point located between Exit A and Exit B inside the Arrival hall. Driver will have a "Go Sydney Shuttle" sign.
• Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3):
Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you are to collect your luggage. Driver will have a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign.

Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I booked online. Great communication from the company.
On the day I txted to say we were at the airport. Got a message straight back to tell us where to wait, what car to look out for. The driver arrived he put our 7 large suitcases in the van and straight to the port.
Was fantastic service & would recommend them.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative.
