Sydney Airport (SYD), Sydney NSW 2020, Australia Meeting Point inside the International Terminal 1 is located in the middle section of the terminal., inside the Arrival Hall - between Arrival A and Arrival B

Your flight will be monitored, please switch your phone back on, so you are reachable. You will receive a text (or WhatsApp) message from us with updated info once you land. If you don't hear from us on arrival, please follow the below:

• International (Terminal 1):
Please proceed to the "Meeting Point" located inside the Arrival hall.

• Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3):
Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you are to collect your luggage.

=> Driver will have a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign.
=> As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive.
=> If you have difficulties locating the driver beyond reasonable waiting time, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020
=> If you are experiencing any delays inside the customs, please contact us as soon as possible, so we don't hold the service.
=> For delayed, cancelled or changed flights, please contact us as soon as possible, so we don't hold the service.
=> 60-75 min free waiting time (from flight arrival time). If you are delayed beyond this time, Please contact us as soon as possible, so we don't hold the service.
=> Normal luggage allowance includes 1 suitcase and 1 carry on item per person.. Additional luggage will incur a surcharge. You must notify us in advance.

  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Upon arrival in Sydney, my wheelchair escort from the airport took me to where she said the meeting point was, but according to the shuttle company, she took me to the wrong location (outside instead of a meeting point inside). In trying to resolve the issue, the shuttle staff I spoke with were very rude to both the wheelchair escort and myself. I was eventually told it would be another hour's wait because the shuttle had already left (even though we got through customs more quickly than the rest of my flight and we had no checked luggage) and that I could take a private car for an additional $30.
