Lucy, our server, ensured the timing was perfect and paced our meal to allow us to fully enjoy the cruise , the food and the wines. The food was well prepared and artfully plated, and wines well,- chosen. We also enjoyed another Australian wine from the bar as well. The live music provided a lovely backstory the evening!

It was well worth the money to get the Gold experience! Nice dinner with really nice wines and great service. Beutiful to experience Sydney by night. My recommendation is that you take this cruise when you´ve been around the city so you know what you are looking at!

We paid for the gold penfolds cruise as my partner appreciates wine. I however can’t drink wine and noted the option for house spirits and soft drinks were also included. On embarking the boat, we were seated at the wrong section. We then were moved and when I requested another choice of drink the server responded by telling me I may not be able to get another drink and it depended on the server at the bar. I then needed to refer to what I have paid for. I had one drink for the duration of the cruise. For this price and expected service, I feel this shouldn’t have been an issue. I don’t like confrontation and this ruined what could’ve been a lovely evening which was our wedding anniversary. We also arrived back to disembark before we got our dessert and it felt rushed. Very disappointed. The cruise itself was lovely though and views of the harbour were amazing.
