Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Passengers must provide the following information at the time of making a booking: cruise ship name, docking time and boarding time
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Friendly, on time and helped us with luggage both at the hotel and the cruise port. Using private shuttle works better for us.

We had a great driver, very friendly and provided info about the city as we travelled to the port. Tooke us right to the ship's drop off point

We had the same driver who picked us up at airport. George was very nice gentleman and we had a very clean van we traveled in. He dropped us off at the desired time at the cruise port

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative.
