We get to see a very unique animal in a very unusual situation. You will learn about the kangaroo and what makes it such an interesting animal. On top of that we normally get close (but not too close as these are wild animals) to a community of kangaroos that shares its home with a community of humans.

    You may have heard that there are kangaroos hopping down main street and everyone has a kangaroo in their front yard. This tour takes you to a town where this is not that far from the truth. We often see kangaroos in people's front yards and hopping down the street. We also often see some of Australia's parrots and kookaburras.

  • If child is less than 8 years, you must inform us prior to the trip so that we have a child seat with us and the tour can take place. This is a legal requirement.

    This tour was one of the biggest highlights of our whole trip! Bruce is an amazing tour guide. We saw so many kangaroos in the wild, including a huge male, many females, and a baby in a pouch! We had seen some kangaroos at the wildlife sanctuary but it just didn't compare at all to the experience of seeing them in the wild. We learned so much about these amazing animals from Bruce. He's also just an incredibly kind person. There was a major traffic jam on the way back so he took out his own time to take us somewhere to eat so that we could enjoy a nice dinner while the traffic cleared. Couldn't recommend Bruce and this tour enough!
