I got the Uptown and Downtown route and was very disappointed. I thought the tour lacked on SO much information and interesting insights. The rout was very limited, (possibly trying to run out of traffic and busy streets however the tour was +1h30 and didn't even go to Harlem or around Central Park).
The audio speech/communication is very childish and at times it is cut off in the middle of an explanation. Also bad timming of audios, (for example talking about a building we have passed 10min ago or pointing out a museum we were yet to arrive and see it).
The drivers do not speak english and are very limited when explaining when or where we proceed with payment.
There is no citymap included. They give you a brochure of the stops but never indicate which number or stop you are in.

The night tour was $79 per person and I think it should be less than this price or add more sightseeing to the tour. We left from Times Square and rode over the Manhattan bridge and drove around Brooklyn and came back to Manhattan. It needs something more, the tour is 90 minutes long, but goes by real quick. My suggestion is to ride around more in Manhattan, drive past Central Park, Battery Park, Harlem. Big Bus just started their Night Tour so hopefully they will make some changes.
