  • Please arrive at the meeting point on time (5 minutes early if possible) as there is a schedule that must be followed in order to board the ferry / boat on time.
  • All cruise passengers must pass mandatory security checks.
  • For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
  • Your private guide will not participate in the cruise. The guide will escort you to the boarding point and give you the tickets and a short introduction into the sights along the way. You can download the cruise app for more information.
  • The cruise includes an English-speaking Capitan-Guide on board. The Navigator Companion App is available in 7 languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, and Chinese (Mandarin).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a personal tour as we were the only ones there!! Even so, the guides enthusiasm and ability to relay knowledge was brilliant, had an amazing time thank you. River boat cruise was amazing too, lots of information given, all interesting sites pointed out and where to capture the best photos
