Imprescindible visitar el Museo del 11/09 cuando se visita Nueva York. Para conocer el drama que se vivió en el atentado que destruyó las torres gemelas. Los días martes la entrada es free, aunque previo tenes que requerirla en la boletería. Se recomienda ir no más allá de las 16:00 hs porque el cupo es limitado.

Es uno de los imprescindibles de Nueva York, por el simbolismo y por las vistas de Manhattan que se tienen desde la partida del barco. Es completamente impresionante, por eso no sorprende la cantidad de fotógrafos que se trasladan allí con su equipo. Recomiendo la subida al pedestal pero no a la corona. Las escaleras de ascenso del último tramo son incómodas, estrechas y te golpeas en la cabeza. No merece la pena la subida a una sala reducida, con una temperatura muy alta y ventanas demasiado pequeñitas para apreciar realmente nada. Desde el pedestal se ve todo muchísimo mejor.

We enjoyed our tour. The Statue of Liberty tour was great. The tour guide (Matt) was informative and very accommodating. The afternoon tour (Debbie) for the 9/11 museum was less informative and took us through 2 different malls. Definitely not what I expected. I would have liked to hear more about the history of NY and less of the tour guides personal stories.
