Very comprehensive 2 day tour with good accommodation and great guide. Back office needs improving where person answering calls could not speak English and disconnected call. Many travellers I spoke to were confused by the pick up location instruction which as listed is a building site adjacent to the Bus Terminal. Meeting instructions need to simple state the entrance to the bus terminal on the north side of 42nd Street.

The tour was packed but super worth it! Just be ready with your best walking shoes as it covers a lot of places and stops. Our guide, Carlo, was amazing! I’m really glad I got this tour.
