  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Tim, Our guide from Viator was a 5 Star Tour Guide. Not only did he interact with every member of our 5 person Tour he was very genuine, and made us all very curious to hear his personal story tied to the Tragic Day in USA history. Our party of 5 would have never known the deatiled stories behind the memorial had we did it ourselves.
