Well, I was with the Tour Guide Harvey: Day began nicely, woke up at a good time of 7, ate some nice breakfast and had enough time until the bus arrived. Harvey was a treat, and he’s hilarious! He had an amazing way of cracking jokes and almost never stuttered despite his strong accent. Knowing everything word from word, he let the bus have as mych fun as possible, and when he got off to get some coffee, so did my dad and sister, so to wait for them, and stall the other folks that were there, he talked to them. He knows how to talk and how to be a guide, and even showed us the Statue of Liberty! He clearly has a lot of experience and is definitely the funniest tour no doubt! So, we finally picked up everyone and we headed to the boat ride, he was even the one to talk to everyone when the other tourguide meshed with ours so everyone could experience this amazing time. He was always standing at the best spots and knew how to gather his family together. He made sure to never make it feel like he was obligated to do any of this, instead of being like ‘every leader of tbe group needs this card’ which is basically approval you’re part of the ride, he asked dor the leader of each person and told us all we were a part of the family, the bus ride home, he told us we didnt get any fish for him, and because of that, we were banished from his family, and he asked for our cards back. He joked and made sure all of us were talking. at the end of the day, we couldnt tip as much as we wanted to, but we tipped as much as we could, and I hope he gets to make even more people happy with his anazing guides. Please, if you’re tryint to get this, try asking for Harvey, he deserves it. He left no stone unturned and was up to the tee with everything we had to do, but didnt force it down our throats, getting it across with nice jokes, and giving context and stories of the fall. Steve Harvey is funny, but Harvey without the Steve, is even funnier. B)
Uncle Moe is the best Tour Guide I've experienced ever! He truly cares about the people he guides and takes responsibility in making certain everyone is safe and enjoys the tour to the fullest. My mother will be 80 y/o this month and this was her first trip to Niagara Falls. Uncle Moe navigated her ability to walk and placed her in strategic areas until the other tour members caught up to help limit her standing & walking in lines. I can't express my gratitude enough to Uncle Moe for truly taking care of my mother and everyone on the tour in the manner that he did. He say's Uncle Moe's family and while you are with him you experience this feeling with his kindness and caring way. God bless Uncle Moe and Aunt Wilma.
