Malgré une réservation pour 14h00 nous avons dû patienter 50 min pour y accéder (l'entrée se fait au niveau du métro et heureusement car cela nous a évité l'attente sous la pluie) donc je ne vois pas l'intérêt d'organiser sa visite car nous avions compter 3h00 min de visite et du coup on a dû abréger, le musée fermant à 17h30, quel dommage ! Sinon c'est immense avec de nombreuses salles très belles dans la mise en scène avec de très beaux animaux, minéraux ou autres. Je le recommande mais peut-être le matin à l'ouverture.

Staff are rude to the point of being simply nasty. Exhibits are dark and dated. It’s a confusing maze with no signs and forget even asking staff anything; they’ll make it clear they aren’t there to help.

I would not recommend getting museum tickets this way. We only got a voucher & had to wait in line an hour to swap for tickets. Additionally I thought I’d paid for 3 regular admissions, only get there to find out I’d also paid for an add on I couldn’t use, so I overpaid. First Viator purchase I’ve been unhappy with however.
