The tour was fine, the guide signed us in and we did the tour, we were a very small tour only two families. All went well and they sent me an email asking if we enjoyed the tour. Once home they charged me £200 saying I did not attend the tour and the guide does not remember me. They asked me to prove I was on the tour. How do you even do that. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I will avoid at all costs in future.
