Mike is a great instructor. He sent out a reminder the day before to indicate the precise meeting point. He was right on time, friendly, full of knowledge about the park’s history, its surrounding buildings. He paced the walk to suit our conditions. It was a fantastic experience.

I really enjoyed the tour. Having ran numerous races in Central Park and doing daily runs I didn’t take the chance to explore the park other than my run path. The tour showed me there’s more beauty to Central Park and showed me I can explore the park more than exercising.

I had a beautiful walking/yoga tour with Cindy this morning! I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the history of Central Park, it’s statues and hidden symbols between yoga poses + refreshing breathing exercises. The yoga portions were easy for me (a beginner) and Cindy was a lovely guide/instructor. I will definitely be suggesting this tour to friends + doing it again when my family visits the city!
