I organized a surprise tour for my husband and his friends. Rayn absolutely killed it. These guys had the best time. Rayn was exceptional in coordinating with me ahead of time, not only on timing and locations, but also in accommodating some special requests I had (stop into a bar for a round of beers midway…)
Rayn was very responsive and the guys said the tour was both extremely informative and fun. 10/10 would recommend Rayn.
I’ll mention that we’re all New Yorkers who know a fair amount about transit, so the bar was high and Rayn delivered.
