Their voices live on throughout the city as performers pay tribute to these greats every night. What better way to end an evening than in Harlem with some sightseeing and live jazz. Enjoy a 3.5-hour tour across 125th Street, and then a lovely stroll along Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard, up to uptown and finish at a stop in Harlem known for some of the best live jazz. During the tour, you will see historical churches and famous night clubs of the past, a glimpse at some of the most beautiful homes that Harlem has to offer and other historical places of interest. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the jazz location - so come hungry for some history, jazz and food. This will be a night that you won't forget!

I have done this tour before with a friend pre Covid, cant remember if it was the same lady who took us. This is an interesting and well thought out tour. Both times i was taken by a lady who has lived in Harlem all her life ( not by a person just doing a job / reading a script ) and who has seen a lot in the hood / changes etc. The first part is a walking tour of the area. Then we were taken to two jazz events - the first was a concert in a church for a small number of people - very intimate! The second was a bar / venue with different acts every hour - could have stayed all night! The guide knows her stuff both about Harlem the area, who has played and lived there and the varied jazz scene and took good care of us. Dont miss it, very very interesting tour - twice

The tour was very educational and fun. Ms. Doree was really nice and sweet! My mother and I enjoyed learning about the history of Harlem and ending the night at Shrine, a jazz club.

The music was sublime! The quality of the musicianship was amazing and the ticket price was very cheap for the awesome experience we had that evening
