Booked a tour for WTC...tour ended up being an hour walk of lower Manhattan with a few minutes at the WTC site. Tour guide treated us like we were kids seeing NYC for the first time...

Our tour guide, Leah Ann, was very good. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of NYC. We learned so much great information and history about the area and it all led up to the tragic day of 911. The memorial was very impactful and then the museum was somber but commemorative very well done.

The guide never showed up at the venue and the tickets were therefore invalid. We had to buy new tickets on site at the 9/11 memorial.
