Unfortunately, we were not there in time. It was not so clearly described what awaits us. There was no one at the agreed meeting point and no contact person. The tour should include a visit to the 9/11 Museum, which is closed on the day. When asked if we could get tickets the next day, we unfortunately only got the answer that we could reschedule the tour for $25 each...

After 60 minutes without tickets for the museum, Guide was ready and finished tour saying now was time for the tip. There was no ticket voucher for the museum, had to buy the tickets separately. No time left for photos.
