Wow you can just feel the emotions and sadness around 9/11 and the surrounding areas. We had a gocity pass so used it to do a self tour and access, it really is somewhere you can be for 2-3 hours! It is such a moving and special tribute to all those life's lost and those who helped. Their is so much to see and hear, the workers are all very helpful and one guy was a firefighter who was their when it happened. Their are so many tributes and artefacts you can see, it really is a special those sombre place its done in such a peaceful and respectful way.

Booked a tour for WTC...tour ended up being an hour walk of lower Manhattan with a few minutes at the WTC site. Tour guide treated us like we were kids seeing NYC for the first time...
