We learned a lot of history of Harlem. Our guide made it a lot of fun. The church service was wonderful and energetic

Anche per questo giro, come per quello di Bronx e Queens, avevamo come guida il simpatico e preparatissimo Andrea, che ci ha portato alla scoperta di altri aspetti di una N.Y. autentica e singolare, vista da noi solo nei film. Il tour seppure concentrato in una mattinata è stato pregno e interessantissimo. La bellissima cattedrale the Divine, vista purtroppo solo dall’esterno, con la caratteristica di avere una sola torre. La Columbus University, un complesso grandissimo e curato che profuma di storia; il teatro Apollo, trampolino di lancio per tanti artisti, divenuti poi famosissimi, poi la messa gospel, ad Harlem, un pezzo autentico e colorato del ns. tour. Abbiamo partecipato alla funzione fra canti ed emozionanti momenti, che ci hanno reso partecipi di un frammento di normale vita quotidiana, come se fossimo parte del contesto. Bellissimo! Un'esperienza indimenticabile, da provare.

We enjoyed this tour very much. I thi k that there were a few comments that concerned me such as now they Harlem had coffee shops we could assume everything there was alright. Not sure if coffee shop gentrification is a sign everything g is alright in a neighborhood...
