Easy to book. I had to contact them to find out what time they were picking us up from the hotel. It was not on the confirmation ticket. They replayed in a timely manor. Waited 20min past the pick-up time before having to make other arrangements to get to the airport on time. Tried contacting them, no answer. Sent a text but did not hear back in time. They did call me when we were on the way to the airport via other arrangements, which cost me more. Apparently they went to the wrong hotel. Excuse me, right hotel name, wrong address.

Driver was very nice and early for the ride to LGA. The van was clean and shiny on the outside, and clean but worn on the inside. The van had 301,000 miles it and it struggled. Lots of squeaks and rattling from chassis and suspension. I was expecting a sedan, SUV or limo for the ride, as advertised. This trip could've been a 5 with better equipment. Time to retire that old van.

They were so helpful when we had multiple flight delays! They just changed our time and were there to pick us up on time with friendly drivers!
