We took TWO seperate rides, one late night city tour (Christine) and one in Central Park (Troy). Both drivers were knowledgeabe, proffesional, cordial, fun-loving and light-hearted. It was truly a delightful experience. I recommend NYC CARRIAGE to anyone, perfect way to learn the area. Frank, the office manager was a little awkward, but did not drive. My previous post was mostly concerning Trip Advisors, don't like dealing with them. I have dealt with them in many countries and always a slight disconnect with the operators

What an amazing experiance, guys were amazing, horse was beautiful and in incredible condition. Knowledge base and information given on the ride brilliant. We would highly recommend to this to anyone visiting NYC. Best way to see the sites..definitely the highlight of our trip. We done our trip at midnight ...was the best time to do it. Everything. The tour and tour guide. All the information he had to give. My husband 83rd birthday ???? was magical and romantic thanks to you. My son and his wife got to enjoy it too. It was phenomenal. Especially at the end feeding the horse and petting her was an added bonus. Thank you.
