Comprei os tickets de um dia para o outro e não houve confirmação do horário, aguardei até as 6 p.m e tive que pedir um uber pra ir ao aeroporto jfk.

More economical than cab and was prompt. Little mix up over whether printed ticket was required and departure time but phone call cleared that up. Phone operator very polite.

Got at message on arrival at JFK and met just outside arrivals. Journey was a bit stop start but this was due to other pickups and the crazy traffic. Pick up from the hotel was bang on time and got to JFK in good time. Allow plenty of time for traffic and pick ups but overall can’t fault the service.
