Ho prenotato un servizio navetta con Booking.com taxi per lo spostamento dall'aereoporto JFK New York all'albergo in Manhattan: DA NON AUGURARE x il mancato servizio e la mancata professionalita'. Il giorno del viaggio, dopo un primo contatto avvenuto con l'autista (tale Daniela Rodriguez) al nostro atterraggio, e un secondo contatto successivo in cui spiegavamo che vi erano file x i controlli aereoportuali (non dipendenti da noi), e avendo avuto rassicurazione che ci avrebbe aspettato, poi pero', all'uscita dell'aeroporto non c'era nessuno ad aspettarci, non solo: non ha piu' risposto alle molte telefonate fattele, ne' Booking.com taxi ha saputo darmi poi una spiegazione, tantomeno un risarcimento. In preda allo sconcerto, ho dovuto dunque rispendere altri soldi per un altro taxi (avevo gia' pagato circa 100€ per quello gia' prenotato e mai utilizzato). Quando una ditta taxi richiede l'orario di atterraggio dell'aereo, deve poter mettere in conto anche le lungaggini dei controlli aereoportuali, che sono indipendenti dalla volonta' del cliente: non lo si puo' lasciare cosi': "esterrefatto" ! Nel caso di New York cmnq.ho realizzato che si puo' contare sui taxi locali (gialli o "Yellow") sempre presenti e comunque seri, da scegliere per non rischiare queste brutte situazioni. Laura
