  • The maximum weight limit for bike rentals is 300 pounds
  • You must be at least 16 years old to ride an electric bike
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Een super fietstocht vanaf centralpark langs de hudson naar batterypark, daarna de brooklynbridge over en via de Manhattanbridge terug. Genoten!

We hebben bij unlimited biking in NYC twee elektrische fietsen gehuurd voor een hele dag, toen we deze ophaalden bleek dat de fiets behoorlijk groot was voor mijn postuur. Te groot frame voor een vrouw en ook een hoge stang dus opstappen was al een uitdaging. Het zadel moest op de laagste stand zodat ik net met mijn tenen aan de grond kon (op en afstappen was gezien de grootte en de stang geen optie) maar hierdoor moest ik met sterk gebogen knieën fietsen. Ik ben nog meteen de winkel terug in gegaan toen we buiten op gingen stappen maar er was alleen een kinder model. Binnen 4 uur waren we weer terug want het was bijna niet te doen maar we kregen geen tegemoetkoming in de kosten, dat moesten we via de mail proberen. Ook daar geen refund alleen kregen we t aanbod om 2 uur gratis een fiets te komen huren????. Slechte service en ook de kleine dingen die t ‘em doen als een broekklem ivm open kettingkast en een klem voor je telefoon ivm navigatie waren niet aanwezig. Mijn fietscomputer hing aan 1 schroef te bungelen. Al met al geen beste ervaring en duur voor wat je krijgt ( ter plekke nog een en ander moeten betalen aan verzekering) , dus geen unlimited biking meer voor ons.

They gave me a bike with a loose derailleur. It came off half way through the ride when I switched gears. I almost got thrown off and luckily jumped off just in time. When I was in the store, another person came in with a broken bike. It was scary to see them giving these dangerous bikes to families with kids. To return the bike, I had to carry the bike on my shoulders for 5 blocks to get a cab at the nearest park exit. The front desk staff held my ID hostage until I paid the $76 fee to fix the bike. The corporate staff told me it was my fault for not noticing the issue earlier. What is a customer to do, expect a good quality product? Try not to get injured on a defective product? Not having to pay for the defect? Just avoid this place.
