The experience of the falls was wonderful the reason for my poor review was the drive to and from the coach/bus was very uncomfortable there were no window blinds to aid sleep that’s if you could sleep due to the rattling of the bus. The overall journey there and back was 15hrs + it was awful.

Beeing on the boot and view the horse shoe falls was it worth been 16 hours on the bus (trip from NY). We can highly recommend it!

Trip was great. The only comment I have is a better bus with nicer seats. Our seats were crowded and uncomfortable for the long trip especially traveling at night when everyone is expected to sleep. Our guide was fabulous!
