We attended the day trip on Monday 29th September and would review the trip separately ! The bus itself is very uncomfortable which did make the journey difficult and at sometimes unpleasant, but once we arrived in Niagara it was incredible and our tour guide was amazing Brian, he was so funny, knowledgeable and catered to everyone’s needs and always checked in with everyone throughout the tour. Overall would recommend it’s a once in a lifetime trip but a nicer bus would be nice ! Bus journey 3/10 Niagara tour 10/10

The experience was good. The buses were clean but could have provided better information on the bus number and contact information because at the pickup point, many buses arrive and we’re confused which bus to get on to.

Great Experience...must visit! Our tour guide Bryan was funny & knowledgeable. The bus driver was humble and helpful. Only downside was that bus was old and there were no windows so there was a time when i felt a little suffocated apart from that eveything in this tour was good and well coordinated
