Niagara Falls Tour 1 Day

The tour was very nice. Juanita (tour guide) and the two bus drivers were mega sympathetic. One had a very good view at various spots. Maid of the Mist is definitely recommended.

Firstly, the bus to pick us up was late. Everyone was confused, and wondering if we were at the right location. This tour mentions they have an English/Spanish speaking tour guide, but it was a native Spanish, and very limited English speaker. The members of the group that did not speak Spanish were completely left out. The bus was extremely uncomfortable. Make sure to bring A LOT of blankets and pillows (as if it's not an inconvenience to carry all of this when traveling). We were told we would arrive in the morning to a place where we can "freshen up", which was really a McDonald's, and I don't know how much "freshening up" you can do there. When we were leaving the bus breaks down and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere while we wait for another person that's hours away to bring another bus. Due to the very long delay we asked to be accommodated and dropped off elsewhere (because others were doing the same). The guide simply ignored me and only paid attention to the woman that was demanding to be dropped off in New Jersey. To sum it up, the staff didn't speak English and was incredibly rude, and the bus was in such bad conditions it broke down in the middle of the highway. Don't travel with Interviajes: horrible, unorganized and ghetto.

Andare alle cascate del Niagara ne vale la pena ma, se la guida certificata non da orari, non dice dove incontrarsi, ti da il biglietto per "The Maid of the Mist" e sparisce. Difatti dopo l'esperienza Maid of the Mist abbiamo perso più di un'ora a cercarlo, il numero di contatto del fornitore non risponde, l'assistenza Viator dice chiamate il numero (che non risponde), cercato anche tramite i ranger del parco poi per caso ritrovato seduto ad una panchina. Volevamo fare anche Cave of the wind ma non c'era più tempo. Stranamente al punto di ritrovo mancava qualcuno che si era perso. Aggiungo che il Bus non aveva wifi ma la scritta si, il bagno poteva essere usato da una sola persona, una sola volta durante tutto il viaggio (14 ore) e che, alla sosta per il bagno al ritorno, definire bagno quelo riservato ai maschi è un complimento: un prefabbricato per metà inutilizzabile con la porta a 15cm dalla tazza.
