On this excursion with a bilingual Spanish and English guide, the bus trip is approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes, departing from Manhattan. We will have some stops along the way and arriving to have breakfast in Niagara around 7:00 am, then around 8:30 am we will begin to visit the different viewpoints (Bridal Veil on Goat Island, The Horseshoe at Terrapin Point and the American waterfall. The Maid of the Mist boat ride is NOT included but you can purchase it from the guide for $30 dollars from May 1 to October 25. This beautiful and splendid place is included in the very long list of excursions from New York that you should do. It was discovered by European colonizers, not only its beauty presents a unique appeal. Falls represent a source of energy and the most influential and unique possibility of environmental conservation. The tour was awful!!! They were 40minutes late at the meeting point and the bus was really uncomfortable. To be 8 hours each way and since visitors sleep in the bus they should put better buses and the bathroom didn't work . They had to stop every time when people had to go to bathrooms. The tour guide didn't respect the group pacing. There were seniors they couldn't walk fast and she was walking really fast and didn't wait for the whole group to give the information. Drivers were very good, but it is an experience I don't recommend with this agency. Niagara falls are beautiful but you need better condition provided by the agency to have an unforgettable experience. Very bad

Pesima experiencia , el bus se quedó varado por más de 10 horas en la carretera viniendo !!! Después de más de 8 horas de espera llegó otro bus !!! Buses viejos en mal estado , nos ofrecieron la devolución del dinero !!! Perdimos una noche de HOTEL en TSQ por pasarla en bus viejo !!! Ahhh pero en la USA . Un desastre esta empresa !!! Nada recomendable …. !
