Very friendly staff, bikes well maintained, hygiene procedures in place for helmets. My son and I were 30 mins late taking the bikes back but they waived the late fee (hubby and daughter brought theirs back on time).

Good location within walking distance of Central Park, on 4 bikes 3 were fine and one instead turned out to be particularly hard, too bad we only noticed it when we arrived at the park. Friendly staff.
