Easily one of the coolest things I've done in New York. It was a beautiful day and a nice ride through the park. Our tour guide was incredibly helpful and pointed out all the great stops for pictures and cool history.

Zero customer service from tour company and guide, felt like we were almost a burden, they could not be bothered! No proper welcome, no introduction to tour, no telling us what we will do, basically not felt welcomed at all. Felt like a number, ‘another group of tourists’ to get around Central park. Visiting the park on scooters is great though, however considering the experience would rather just rent the scooters and tour it myself vs paying for a guide that does half a job.
