We had a great time touring with Amanda. Hit a lot of great spots, just the right amount of food. Knowledgeable and friendly. We covered a lot of ground. It was a great day! The lower East side is absolutely fascinating and a must for anyone visiting New York

4 of us joined Amanda for her tour of the Lower East Side. Right from the off Amanda was great, very personable, funny, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She genuinely cared about everyone on the tour and wanted to know about us and what we liked too. It was lovely meeting other couples from other countries and we all got on really well. Each venue we visited was brilliant and the food delicious. Amanda is clearly very well respected in all of the establishments and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time in each one. It was a great mix of tasty food, historical facts, informative and fun. We all laughed A LOT. It was great sharing our own home comforts too and as we are from the north of England we shared our love for Scouse (a Liverpool stew) and the legendary Jam Roly Poly, Amanda and the other visitors thought this was hilarious and we all had a good laugh about it. Amanda was in short, the perfect host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the tour to anyone visiting New York. It was our first day in the city and an amazing introduction to the culinary delights and the welcoming nature of the locals. The food was that good we found ourselves going back to KATZ Deli for more later in the week. It didn't disappoint.
Thanks Amanda and Nice Guys Tours, you were absolutely fantastic.
