This company left my son and I at the airport at midnight. We hired them to take us to our AirBNB in Niagara Falls. My son had never been picked up by a car service before so we thought it would be fun. We arrived, and they weren’t there. I called and a very rude woman answered the phone. She stated that I had put the time in incorrectly into reservation (I didn’t). I asked if they were coming, and she responded “we aren’t a taxi service.” They refused to refund my money.
I had all the evidence that they were supposed to be there at that time and didn’t show. (Voicemails of them calling and verifying the time a week prior, the pop up on my phone from the third party app that I purchased it through, and everything else.) I filed a fraud case with my bank and got the money back. If you look at the other reviews, late nights seem to be a challenge for them, and man are they just rude. Thankful for the taxi company who were really kind and got us to where we needed to go.
Viator is just a middle man and goes along with whatever the vendor decides. They weren’t helpful at all.
