  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Car was dirty and it smells. Driver also was a heavy breather. He missed the turn to take the freeway and end up taking side streets and some of my family got car sick from all the stops. I would like to request for 50% credit for unsatisfactory experience.
