A professional driver will pick you up at your Manhattan hotel or private residence and take you directly to JFK International Airport, Newark International Airport, or La Guardia Airport. Specify your Manhattan pick-up location at checkout.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • For a Domestic flights, aim to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight leaves For a International flights, aim to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight leaves
  • Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Drivers were on time and friendly. Traffic in NYC is crazy and causes delays. Keep that in mind when making plans.

Nous avons réservé un taxi à 15 heures au départ de notre hôtel à New York. Nous avons appeler le prestataire Carmel qui nous a mis en attente 10 minutes et nous a laissé sans réponse. À 15h30 nous avons dû prendre un taxi jaune pour ne pas rater notre vol de retour en France. Résultat, j'ai payé 87 euros à viator et 91 euros au taxi. La course pour JFK m'a coûté très cher. Je compte faire une réclamation auprès de viator pour être indemnisée. Je ne vous raconte même pas le stress occasionné. L'horreur. Ils ont envoyé un 2ème chauffeur à 16h10 à notre hôtel.. Beaucoup trop tard pour arriver à l'aéroport. Avec les bouchons à New York il faut 1h30 pour faire Manathan /JFK.. Je ne conseil pas ce service pour la ville de New York. Mieux vaut pendre un taxi jaune. La différence de prix n'est pas énorme. 4 euros de plus. Et en plus ils sont super sympa

J’avais réservé une navette entre Manhattan et l’aéroport de Newark. Le prix était de 115€ pour 3 personnes. Une fois arrivé à l’aéroport on me demande de payer + de 40€ de charges supplémentaires. Le chauffeur s’est permis de choisir le montant de son pourboire sans me demander mon avis + des frais de péages+ des frais à cause de la pluie.
Je précise que Pour l’aller (aéroport Newark vers Manhattan )j’étais passé par GetYourGuide pour 115€ 
Le chauffeur ne m’a pas demandé de payer d’extra charge. J’ai donné le pourboire que je voulais et ça c’est très bien passé 
Bref Je suis très déçue du service proposé par Viator
Je ne passerai plus jamais par Viator. GetYourGuide sont vraiment + transparent sur leur prestation
