Arriving tired out from a trans-Atlantic flight, we were distressed not to be able to find or contact our driver. However, on contacting the office, they ascertained that our driver was stuck in a traffic jam and immediately located and re-assigned another driver, who had just dropped off his passengers at the same terminal, to pick us up and drive us into Manhattan. This fast and hassle-free change meant that the overall inconvenience to us was minimal, and we were very happy with the standard of service provided.

Extremely rude and angry driver, zero courtesy…. Kept on swearing in his own language at other people and drivers. Worst service ever!!!! #645

As expected. Huge limousine and very friendly driver. It's worth getting to Manhattan and starting the trip.
