40 minutes late collecting from airport, an hour late collecting for return to airport. Had to call chase to get a kind man (Tony who was a hero) to assist & cancel the original driver who messed up our booking. Totally unacceptable & un reliable service. Thank god for Tony or we’d have missed our flight home & it would have cost us thousands of pounds. Customer service also tried to blame me for only advising them 30 minutes before the taxi was missing which was absurd as I was simply checking his arrival was as planned & it of course wasn’t.

They never showed up! When I called there office I was disconnected the 1st time then they advised I booked through Expedia and they didn't have my reservation despite all the confirmation info I had. Bottom line LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TRANSPORTATION!!!
