My experience on the "Sex and the City" tour was, unfortunately, a disappointment and not worth the money. While the concept is great, the execution fell completely flat. Instead of a fun, engaging journey, the tour focused far too much on alleged feuds between the costars and the behind-the-scenes politics of producer titles. This took away from the fun and exciting experience one would expect. The itinerary felt uninspired, with very few actual stops. The stories shared could easily have been found online, and the limited locations we did visit felt more like drive-bys than true explorations. I felt that if I had gone on my own, I would have been able to visit more spots and take the time to actually appreciate them. I believe the tour could be significantly improved by shifting the focus from industry drama to the more lighthearted and iconic elements that made the show so beloved. Incorporating more stops at memorable locations—and giving guests more time to enjoy them—would make the experience feel more authentic and worthwhile. For anyone who loves the show, I would recommend saving your money and creating your own self-guided tour.
