Your time on Ellis Island will be about 40 minutes or longer depending on what you choose to do once the tour concludes.

  • Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
  • Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour.
  • There is a good amount of walking on this tour. There are opportunities to sit but guests should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I would have liked to go inside the statue but that was my fault, didn’t get that this specific tour didn’t include admisión to the inside.

This tour was so much fun! We enjoyed time with Daniel (aka. Broadway)! He was kind, funny, engaging, informative, and truly made our time on this tour memorable! I highly recommend this experience, but ESPECIALLY with Daniel!!

I missed the tour because I took the wrong train by mistake but when I called the tour company they said not to worry that I could still go but it would be self guided. They sent me a QR code right away for my tickets and I still had a great experience and was grateful they helped me.
