    The tour of New York in Italian starts every day from our office a stone's throw from Times Square. The tour begins by heading north, passing through Lincoln Center and then going along the west side of Central Park, and then continue cutting the park to the east side. From here you take the famous 5th Avenue, where you can admire the Trump Tower, Rockefeller Center, the Cathedral of Saint Patrick, the Empire State Building and the Flatiron Building. Moving south will explore the neighborhoods of Little Italy and Chinatown. Continuing south you pass by Wall Street, with its famous sculpture of the Bull, until you get to Battery Park, the tip of Manhattan from where you can enjoy the view of the city bay and the Statue of Liberty. Finally, you will visit the World Trade Center, from where you can see its imposing skyscrapers, such as the iconic Freedom Tower, before returning to Midtown where the tour will end at the Volatour office!

Pessima esperienza i transert da e verso l'aereporto jin funzionano non troverete nessuno.. pur avendo pagato in anticipo state attenti non pagare prima... Inoltre sono inutili i cellulari di emergenza sanitaria o con l'agenzia non rispondono sarete abbandonati a voi stessi.. jon scegliete volatur...

Agenzia pessima. All'arrivo in aeroporto a New York (LaGuardia) abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora l'autista dopo aver chiamato in agenzia altrimenti non sarebbe venuto nessuno nonostante fosse stato pagato e confermato il trasferimento. Arrivati ci rechiamo in agenzia per convertire i voucher in city pass, l'agenzia era chiusa quindi il primo giorno a New York è andato perso. Il giorno successivo ci siamo recati di nuovo in agenzia, personale scortese, non ci hanno aiutato a ricevere i city pass, la ragazza a cui ci siamo rivolti ci ha risposto: fatelo da soli ho altra gente da servire (non c'era nessun altro ad aspettare), abbiamo provato a chiedere informazioni su come spostarci in città e ci ha risposto dandoci una cartina della metropolitana e tanti saluti. La guida del tour in pullman incapace, non ha spiegato niente per intero, da un discorso passava ad un altro senza portare a termine nulla. Il pullman fatiscente e microfono mezzo rotto. Il giorno del ritorno è venuto a prenderci un autista con la macchina già piena di gente, 8 valige in totale da incastrare per cui abbiamo perso tempo e ci siamo dovuti infilare in macchina uno sull'altro insieme ad altri passeggeri. Macchina sporca, autista che mangiava e beveva mentre guidava. Pessima esperienza, poco rispetto verso chi ha pagato tanto e voleva trascorrere delle belle giornate a New York. Sconsigliatissima.
