Excellent - you can't beat form and technique. Despite us having bikes throughout our childhood, learning the pro tips was a game changer for us - it made All the difference. Highly recommend, so much fun, we were worried it was going to be too basic but we were riding tracks and up in the hills during this class and happily tired after 8ks of tracks. Tutor was excellent, she kept it fast moving and upscaled the training in parts to keep us challenged.

We had some great experience at CAP. A group of friend (totally green to downhill) enrolled for the downhill apprentice lesson during Easter Break, we were guided by CJ & Megan, they provided some really good introduce to us total beginners. During the descending, they have been very patient with people at different skill levels. CJ was following one of our friends came down really slowly.
That brought me to enrol Men’s clinics two weeks later. It was a very windy day, so CAP refunded chair lift did lesson only ($25). But I didn’t realise the lesson include taking us up the top of the hill by vehicle. We were let by Matt & Michael this time, who were really friendly & patient. Matt encouraged me to down the blue track & I learned heaps from him.
We end up getting a free drink at the end. It was great value for money, I almost felt guilty for the amount of the money I paid compare to the experience I had!
