The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked a VR Escape Room for a family of 5 at 11.30am. On arrival we were told that they could not accommodate 5 of us at that time (!!!) despite the online confirmation of our booking and said could come back later or split the family up into two teams, which was what we had to do - not a happy start.
We then ended up waiting over half an hour to start and despite completing all family details on line at time of booking, we had to do it all again.
And frustratingly, when we got to the VR area there was no one else in it and we could all of played the game as a family. The team there really didn't seem to care nor could they explain things very clearly.
The game itself was quite well done but as they started so late, we had to finish before completing as we had other bookings that day.
So not the activity we booked and a disappointing, expensive experience.
