One of the peak experiences of our lives. My honey (wife of 56 years) and I were piloted/flown/toured by Alfie Speight - videographer, pilot and IMDB star - from Queenstown to the Fiordland Jewel where we cruised overnight then flew us back to Queenstown. Alfie is a legend in NZ and well known in the international film community as the videographer of the incredible vistas of the fiords for "lord of the rings", "the Hobbit" and "Mission Impossible", though he is humble and soft-spoken about these accomplishments. He is a gracious host, articulate guide and exacting Hellicopter pilot. The sights and experience of the many inaccessible canyons and fiords between Queensland and the Milford Sound can only be experienced by air- and Alfie should be your pilot if you have any choice. We landed on a small glacier going and on a 6500' pinnacle returning. Wow! Save up for this one - don't miss it.

Absolutely spectacular. Our Pilot Jeramy was very knowledgeable and experienced. The views were incredible. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
