Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My parents had a fantastic time, thanks to Anuj & Parul. I didn't want my parents to be travelling in NZ by rental car, coach or train as they are getting older. I contacted Parul shortly before there trip and was pleasantly surprised that they had availability the two days I was looking at. Communication was quick, excellent and informative. We were able to put together an itinerary quickly. Anuj was on time and went above and beyond what our itinerary was. I felt my parents were in great hands in NZ. I'd definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation!!!
