    We allow over two hours free time for you to enjoy a local attraction in the Wānaka area. Challenge your brain at Puzzling World; get an adrenaline hit with a helicopter ride. Or you might want to slow the pace down even more, and spend the time browsing and lunching in the gorgeous lakefront town. We’ll drop you at your chosen attraction and collect you when time’s up (Attractions vary in cost and some must be booked in advance).

A great tour winding our way up the mountain near the Cardrona ski fields and then relaxing with a drink ( in our case delicious ginger beer) at the Cardrona Pub which had beautiful grounds. Wayne relayed some of the history of the pub and then drove us down to Wanaka so we were able to view the tree before returning via time at Arrowtown. Great trip and we especially enjoyed having a look at the Millbrook estate.

We had a great half day out, so much packed in to It! We came equipped with bras to add to the BRAdrona (bra fence), saw the Wanaka tree, stopped in for a drink at the famous Cardrona Hotel, got snowed on at the Crown range summit and ate apple and rhubarb crumble in Arrowtown. Beautiful scenery and many photo opportunities. Wayne , driver and guide was very knowledgable about the places we visited and look out for his sense humor! Highly recommend!
