Booked, paid and no response from the tour about when they were picking us up. I left 3 voicemails, called Trip Advisor about the tour and sent a message through Trip Advisor. I ended up cancelling as I felt their lack of response was an indication of poor service and potentially not getting what we paid for. Had to cancel 24 hours to get my money back

Sim was an amazing tour guide! He made our day feel safe and fun! I heard about him on TikTok so I requested him specifically to take us around Turks! Him and his team are really good people. I will be back and I will definitely request him again.
